Shipping and Payment Information
A. SHIPPING INFORMATION
We generally ship only to addresses within Germany and Austria. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out via UPS or DHL. The applicable shipping costs vary depending on weight and product class. (Product Class A: €9.90; Product Class B: €15.00)
I. Product Classes
For shipping particularly bulky, heavy or valuable items, different shipping fees may apply, which we specify individually for each product on the order page during the sales process. For this reason, we have divided our products into different product classes.
Product Class A: Steering wheel, Uniball, hood holders
Product Class B: Seats, brakes
II. Delivery time to Germany and Austria:
The delivery time for products is 3–4 business days. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If an item is exceptionally not in stock or not immediately available and delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be specifically indicated on the respective product page.
In the list below you will find delivery times for shipping to other countries, which must be added to the delivery time stated for the respective item.
- Germany: 0 days
- Austria: 2 days
If you order several items with different delivery times in one order, we will ship the goods in multiple partial shipments depending on availability, each according to the delivery times stated for the respective item. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
INFORMATION ON CALCULATING THE DELIVERY DATE
For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
II. Delivery time outside Germany and Austria:
If you wish shipping to another country, please send us an email (info@tikt.de) or call +49 (0) 8036 9084125 and tell us the item, quantity and delivery address including country and postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether shipping to the desired country is possible and, if applicable, inform you of shipping costs and delivery times, as we must first check shipping options and costs with our shipping partner.
B. PAYMENT INFORMATION
We offer the following payment options:
